Cenk Utkan

Cenk Utkan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Devonshire Warwick Capital LLP, a London and Istanbul–based placement agent specializing in alternative investment fund distribution and private capital markets.

Previously, he was Managing Partner at Connexion Capital LLP, a boutique placement firm focused on emerging markets and commodities, where he successfully raised capital from leading institutional investors across Europe and the Middle East.

From 2012 to 2015, Cenk served as Marketing Director at Strateji Securities in Istanbul, one of Turkey’s premier equity hedge funds. Earlier in his career, he was Partner and Sales Director at Fortune Asset Management Ltd., a multi-manager hedge fund and incubator acquired by Close Brothers in 2006, where he raised capital for hedge funds in Europe, the Middle East, Canada, and South Africa.

Cenk holds a Maîtrise en Droit from Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg), an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Manchester, and an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, London. He is a registered representative with the FCA (UK) and also holds the Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Derivatives Licenses (Turkey).

He is fluent in English, French, and Turkish.
